Exercices de crise sur des sites Seveso
L’équipe de Media 4 monte des scénarios catastrophes dans des sites Seveso et anime tout l’exercice. Proposition puis mise au point du scénario avec les responsables Sécurité de l’entreprise. Media training avec les porte-parole de l’entreprise. Réunion préparatoire avec les interlocuteurs extérieurs (pompiers, protection civile, médecin de crise, police, autorités communales, responsables Sécurité de la Région, etc.). Exercice le jour même sur site. Organisation de la conférence de presse. Débriefing avec l’ensemble des interlocuteurs internes et externes.
Facilitation de conférences
La facilitation de conférences est un réel point fort de S. Cannio. Elle a l’habitude de publics allant de 20 à 1800 personnes et facilite en français, en anglais, en néerlandais et en espagnol. Voici ce qu’Eurostat pense de la facilitation qu’elle a réalisée à Luxembourg en mai 2008.
Témoignage d’Eurostat:
“Ms Cannio moderated the high level Conference on "International Outreach and Coordination in National Accounts for Sustainable Growth and Development" which was organised jointly by Eurostat and the UN Statistics Division from 6th to 8th May 2008. The conference was attended by more than 180 participants from some 80 countries around the globe, bringing together both producers and users of statistics as well as technical and financial partners.
Ms Cannio's role was to help prepare short biographies of the main participants then introduce and interact with the Session Chairs and organisers to ensure that presentations and discussions remained on course both in terms of subject matter and timing. This was a particularly difficult role given the many languages and cultures represented at the conference, but a role which she handled efficiently, innovatively and confidently with a high degree of professionalism. Various speakers also approached Ms Cannio to ask for tips and tricks pertaining to their presentations and appreciated the response they received.

Publications
Entre 1988 et 2006, Media 4 a réalisé des centaines de publications : brochures, rapports annuels, leaflets, communiqués de presse, sites internet, etc, que ce soit en direct pour ses clients ou pour le compte des sociétés de son réseau. Aujourd’hui, elle a toujours deux publications en portefeuille qu’elle réalise pour la Facilité européenne ACP Business Climate (BizClim). |
