Different types of coaching for different situations

For managers, company directors and their teams

Performance coaching: more effectively accomplish a given task or activity such as a project, presentation, set of negotiations, etc., strengthen confidence in self, better assume a leadership position or role, sharing the burden of isolation which occurs as one progresses up the hierarchy etc.

Coaching for development or individual transition: acquire new benchmarks within the framework of new responsibilities or change of job or function, as part of developing new knowledge and skills.

Coaching for change: put in place changes in strategy, structure, work organisation and culture, and environmental management. Media 4 uses Berne’s Organizational Theory and the SWOT/CAR model to establish strategies and implement projects. The results are excellent.

Coaching in corporate communication: working with the communication manager or managers in setting objectives and strategies, key messages and internal and external communication plans. Have the team confirm their mission and values and organise their dissemination within the company whilst rendering them lively and interested. Work with the management team as they choose their communication channels, plan their budgets and decide on timing.

Coaching in personal communication: work with individuals develop their ability to talk with ease and charisma, make convincing presentations, dynamise their writing style and media communications, etc.

Coaching in interpersonal communication: increase charisma, become more assertive, gain confidence in oneself to improve relationships with others.

For individuals

Career counselling and interview technique (also for young adults)
To be in step with what one truly wants from professional life, to identify personal strengths and passions in order to develop a “sales pitch” in front of an employer, to increase self confidence to better sell oneself, to analyse beliefs which can block the process etc. Guaranteed results!

Individual coaching
See how to manage emotions in the professional world, to increase self-confidence, to live in harmony (both professional and private life), to present oneself as well as make convincing presentations, to make important career decisions, to adjust to a new job, to adopt a good life balance etc.
All issues are important and can be dealt with through coaching.
The role of the coach is to reveal what the individual conceals within but has not had the opportunity (or has not given him/herself permission) to express.
