Who are we?

Since its creation in 1988, Media 4 has been focussed on the development of human potential within enterprise.

Working closely with corporate leaders and senior managers including Human Resources and Communications specialists, Media 4’s aim is to define and put in place their strategies and to improve their performance.

The company offers services in:

 
four specialist areas:
coaching both individual and team: guiding and assisting corporate leaders, managers and individuals to improve and enhance their professional performance.
training: or rather coaching/training sessions: introducing and integrating new ideas through practical exercises, thus building on existing know-how
improving communication techniques: for both internal and external communicators: getting the message across and into action
communications tools: maintaining quality in the message and getting a return on investment
 

Lead by Sylviane Cannio (see Directors), the company works with a network of coaches from the International Coach Federation, trainers and communications specialists, and operates in a number of languages and in a variety of countries.
