The main challenge for training is incorporating it into current practice. To assist with this we have developed the concept of “forma-coaching“. Basing ourselves firstly, on what exists (that which the participant already knows) in order to be able to build on a solid base and reinforce self confidence.
We then distil new ideas through sharing experiences, analysing best practice and those tools already existing either within the enterprise or elsewhere.
Most importantly we will carry out numerous exercises, debriefing in feed forward style (for future options).
The following are some themes which can be developed on a “made to measure” basis.

Leadership exercises for operational managers

Insuring good press relations – media training
- Briefing the corporate spokes person to respond to journalist’s questions and above all to pass on key messages

Building confidence through exercises, with or without the use of a video camera
The module begins with a presentation of the Belgian and international media and an explanation of their way of working. The presentation begins to answer questions such as how to maintain productive relationships with the media, what the journalist is really looking for, and how a journalist works.
The training continues with a series of exercises that include working face-to-face, handling telephone and television interviews, and situations where body language plays an important role.
