42 years old – today : the human development
In 1992, she was already applying the « coaching approach » in her courses and training, that is long before the word « coaching » was known in Belgium. Since 2002, she intensified her training in individual and team coaching, in leadership and personal development with several institutes: International Mozaik Paris, Ecole d’Analyse Transactionnelle, Ressources (NLP), Ecole de Gestion du Canada, Gilles Pellerin (Berne’s Organizational Theory, Transactional Analysis), Metasystème, etc. Each year, she pursues between 20 and 30 days of training. She obtained the two first levels of certification with the International Coach Federation (ACC early 2004 then PCC early 2005) and totals nearly 2,000 hours of coaching practice, both individual and team. She focuses on the human development within organizations through a respectful and authentic communication as well as on personal/corporate strategies and leadership. In this domain, she obtains excellent results in working individually on personal strategy, self-confidence, energy balance, oral and written communication, etc. With a deep knowledge on business processes, she is used to complex issues: corporations in re-organization or re-structuring, mourning processes, burn-out issues, life balance, somatic treatment, identity crisis (the well-known “mid-life crisis”),… She coaches in English and in French. The also trains other coaches.

Between June 2004 and June 2006, she was elected President of the Belgian Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICFB). She organized the European Coaching Conference in May 2006 in Brussels, with 600 coaches from 34 countries.

Today, she carries out the four facets of her profession: coach, trainer, adviser and writer/copywriter.

In October 2007, she was elected to the Board of Directors of the International Coach Federation for a 3 year mandate (2008-2010). The Federation regroups 12,000 coaches from 80 countries.
